STILL haven’t gotten my hair cut, or finished my thank you cards.

We need a baby sitter for 1 hour for Thursday: such a dilemma. My plane lands at 9pm and Evan needs to leave for hockey at 9:15. Do we do Adventure Kids? Bed time is 8:30 so he’d be up about 2 hours late. Do we call one of the sitters to drive 30 miles each way to watch the house really, since he’ll be sleeping, for 1 hour?
I want to find a neighbor kid….Maybe I’ll break out the directory and start calling everyone who has middle/high school aged kids to see if they babysit. Walter said he didn’t want a sitter, he wants his cousins to come watch him instead. Seems like an even more difficult task to accomplish.

Big dilemma - I vote for paying a sitter to drive 30 miles each way for peace of mind. What time will you get home? Can Evan take him to hockey and you meet him (no idea where the practice rink is). Still a late night for Walter- especially if the plane is late- and then Evan probably couldn't practice. Back to paying a sitter to drive 60 miles. The cousin idea probably would have him up late as well....why would you sleep!
