Out of Walters mouth

Walter just said “ I’m Walter, you can call me Walt”. He also called daddy a “silly little boy” and a “stinker”.

We are registering him for Kids Adventure Camp this week which will start when he gets back from Iowa and goes through the summer.  There is no “pre school” in the summer.  They have 2 weeks left then camp starts the 23rd of June.  They do a good job of putting it together; the kids get excited, the events are interesting and unique and it actually saves us money!  They open up Summer Camp for kids who are out for the summer so it’s good we get preferred enrollment, and it’s cheaper than day care is now!  I actually love this about preschool programs: they are $25/month cheaper and he gets to learn! 

 

EDIT: A few weeks ago we took Walter to bed by Evan carrying his legs me carrying his feet and singing the 7 dwarf songs (hi ho hi ho it’s off to bed we go).  So just a few minutes a go he was going to bed.  I asked who he wanted to take him.  He said “you both carry me”.  Daddy, here my feet.  Mommy here my hands.  Now “Hi Ho”.  Sing daddy, sing. 

So demanding, yet so cute.
