'Nuff said. The new renters lease starts Dec 1. We are paying a small amount for the remaining 3 months, to come out of our secuirty deposit, of which we get all back. I'm THRILLED and just in time becasue we head to Pittsburgh this weekend and it was going to be a little stressful of a trip since we shouldn't be spending money un necessarily!
