From the sellers agent today:
"Just wanted to update you on the seller's response to the inspection. We are in
the process of trying to get someone to look at the roof to tell us what's
involved with complying with the buyer's request. The deck and dishwasher
should not be a problem. It may well be Tuesday before we have info. I am
just hoping it's not beyond that."
