Works is BLOWING UP this week. What would happen to most companies if their profits were down 14-22% for a quarter. We make our money based on the performance of our clients portfolios and when they are down, on average, 20%, that hits us HARD!
We are on a travel freeze and if this keeps up there goes my bonus and my raise promised. Not to mention that our phones and email in boxes are blowing up and I can't stay ahead of my day-to-day work trying to minimize the panic.
This sucks.

This must be why God has given you nice weather this week- is it really 80! It must be terrible dealing with so many unhappy people and not being able to do much of anything.
