We got a reply from our landlords on what they want for their house. We are about $60K off on what we think the house is worth and what they think it is worth. So much for that idea!

Then while I was already pouting I checked the mail this am and got a letter from the insurance company representing the cab that hit us in Chicago. They "respectfully decline" the claim and will not be paying it. Errrrr.
